2. No printer? No problem! We have blank ones.
3. Visit us during our Friday office hours (11 a.m. - 2 p.m.) at the Innovation Center
   1221 Innovation Drive, Suite 118, Whitewater, WI 53190 (262-472-1218). The office is also open most Wednesdays from 5:00-6:00 p.m.
4. We accept cash, check, or credit card for in-person payments.
