Over the course of the last four months, the Finance & Legal Committee worked with our attorneys of record, Dorsey & Whitney, to review and revise the Bylaws to better align with the Wisconsin State Statute that governs cooperatives. The result is recommended changes to 11 sections of the Bylaws. The proposed amendments are offered by and have the full support of the Whitewater Grocery Co. Board of Directors.
