Board of Directors

Greetings from your Board of Directors!

The Board of Directors is the governing body for the Owners. It is composed of seven people (soon to be nine after October 10), all Owners of the Whitewater Grocery Co., elected by fellow Owners. Directors represent the Ownership at large. For more information, please review our Bylaws.

The Board is responsible for ensuring organizational performance on behalf of all Owners. This work includes developing clearly stated expectations through written policies; delegating responsibility for, and authority over, the achievement of stated objectives; and monitoring compliance with written policies. Our full Board Charter is available online. 

The Board meets on the fourth Monday of every month at 6:00 p.m. (for 30 minutes of socializing with Owners) with a Call to Order at 6:30 p.m. at the Whitewater Innovation Center, 1221 Innovation Drive. Agendas and meeting minutes can be found under the News tab
