Greetings from your Board of Directors!
The Board of Directors is the governing body for the Owners. It is composed of nine people, all Owners of the Whitewater Grocery Co., elected by fellow Owners. Directors represent the Ownership at large. For more information, please review our Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.
The Board is responsible for ensuring organizational performance on behalf of all Owners. This work includes developing clearly stated expectations through written policies; delegating responsibility for, and authority over, the achievement of stated objectives; and monitoring compliance with written policies. The Board meets on the 4th Thursday of every month at 6:00 p.m. Our meetings are currently hybrid, you can join virtually or in-person! If you would like to attend one of our Board meetings, contact us directly at [email protected].
