Hello, fellow Board Members and Owners of the Whitewater Grocery Co.

I am so thrilled to be filling the president’s seat on our Board! As many of you may know, I am the Chair of the Ownership & Outreach committee (where I will soon pass the torch to someone else!). Rallying people is my passion and so is making sure that everyone is heard. Any skills around outreach and communication will surely come with me into my role as president and serve as the catalyst for keeping us motivated, excited, and inclusive of the community as a whole as we push into and through this next stage of development.

Most importantly, I’m looking forward to listening...to all of you, to our Board, and to all volunteers who serve on this project. I believe we all hold a little piece of the puzzle!

I’m also honored to be working with such a great team of fellow leaders who have taught me so much in the last year of serving on the board, and I look forward to continuing to learn and grow with them as we inch closer and closer to opening the doors of the Whitewater Grocery Co.
