Announcing our new Volunteer Coordinator!
Katy Daixon Wimer has been volunteering with the GroCo for months and recently attended the Up and Coming Food Co-op Conference with us. She came back from that conference ready to dive into a more involved role and she is rocking it! Katy has been working hard behind the scenes to update our volunteer engagement plan and will soon be reaching out to those who have expressed interest in getting more involved.
She's also a talented photographer, writer, and marketer. We are so lucky to have Katy on our team!

The board of directors for the Whitewater Grocery Co. is excited to announce that we have a new office location inside the Innovation Center at the Whitewater University Technology Park. This office is an important step toward our business growth.
Located in Suite 118 of the Innovation Center (1221 Innovation Drive), our new office gives us space for meetings, group and individual work, and storage as well as access to University services and a physical location to refer our Owners to.

In late 2017, the Whitewater Grocery Co. commissioned Keith Wicks, a grocery consultant, to conduct a preliminary market study of the Whitewater retail food market. This preliminary study is a “first-pass” performance forecast, meaning we are looking at the basic ability of the town to support a grocery store based on key assumptions.
